Had the replace O2 concentrator. Replacement had a problem. After speaking with Kaitlyn, who said she dispatched a technician, Adapthealth technician, Diego Hernandez, sent me an email - then called to let me know he was on his way to my home - 100 miles from Lubbock - and he would be here in 30 minutes with a new replacement. Diego was punctual, pleasant and quickly made the replacement. Started it up to verify all was correct and headed home. No idea how it can get any better. Thanks Gang. Steve Aikens, Clovis, NM.
