James the delivery man was great. He took the time to educate me on the proper use of the rolator. There were some problems with promises for return calls which never happened. The gentleman spoke to on the emergency like was likewise great.

Toni is one of the nicest, kindest, most professional and efficient techs I have ever had the good fortune of working with. She always goes the extra mile, whether it's fitting me into her schedule at the last minute to making sure that I have the right cpap equipment and know how to use it. You should hire more employees like Toni. In the meantime, just give her a raise
