We had a service call the same day we requested help. Luckily the problem was easily fixed but tech was prepared to do anything needed to help us. He was very friendly and we had a good laugh before he left!

I called to report a problem with my Rythym P2 portable concentrator and before I had a chance to put away the instruction booklet an Adapt(Keene) truck was in my driveway. The technician looked at my concentrator and then exchanged it for a new machine. I call that very speedy service.

Shania Watts came to my house to inspect my equipment and also gave me some needed supplies. She was a very helpful and knowledgeable professional who came up with good ideas for my existing problem.
