Michael was very friendly. Very prompt with delivery and very thorough with description of product's use. He is definitely an asset to the company.

Stacie and Missy were both very helpful in selecting the best headgear/mask for my needs. I also like the follow up phone calls I got within the first week or two following the day I picked up my machine and supplies. The information on cleaning and replacement schedules, along with the associated reminders that they said they will give by phone will be very helpful.
