Efficient, respectful technician, good communication

Thank you for checking on the wheelchair for me! As we discussed it was likely not something that could be fixed. It is probably that the chair was just built off kilter with the wheel not grabbing on the bare floor at times as well. I hope to be out of it in 5 or 6 weeks.

The lady was vey help. Took the time to answer our questions and was very helpful.

Alejandra was kind and exceptionally patient. I wasn't thrilled with Adapthealth overall because it seemed like a very big company with too much time on hold. Alejandra modified the class to accommodate us. She was interacting rather than lecturing. She took time to talk to a person that couldn't hear very well and to repeat herself. She also repeated herself in spanish for a person that was there with his daughter. Her care and compassion was amazing.

The instructor was super friendly and well educated. He explained everything thoroughly and I have such a better understanding of how all of this works. Because of him I feel I am having a better experience.

Ordering on the phone with the representative was a breeze! My product arrived on time and fully assembled! The delivery person was on time, respectful of property, and friendly!
