Our regular front desk Customer Service lady, named Kayla, is by far the kindest, hardest-working and helpful CS Agent we've encountered in the Jacksonville area. The lady before Kayla, that trained her was also fantastic but Kayla has taken service to a whole new high level! We come in during the week to refill our oxygen cylinders & Kayla is very organized and prompt, even though she's assisting several other clients at a time. PLEASE take the time to share these comments with her--and I hope you commend her because she deserves the company's praise!! ~ Sam

I have now met with Stephannie twice. Both times she was very helpful and very thorough in her explanation of my new CPAP machine and new mask. The mask I prefer is no longer available. She was very patient helping me find a new mask, which was the reason I was back for another visit. I felt she really wanted me to be comfortable with our final decision. Trying to work through your phone system is a different story, however. I found it very confusing to finally get to speak to someone regarding setting up another appointment in Concord, NH to reassess the mask exchange. I believe I spoke with four people, in various states, before this simple request was finally scheduled.

Keith is such a personable guy. Very professional and helpful. He really goes out of his way to do whatever the patients' needs are. thank you Keith!! Marcia is such a delight to talk with when ordering o2 for my dad. She is always asking about any additional needs my dad has, or just going over whether we need new tubing or such. Thank You Marcia!! YOU GUYS ROCK!
