Excellent service in sorting through my records and transmitting compliance report. Excellent help in obtaining replacement items for my portable CPAP.

They called ahead to ask me when it would be convenient for them to come out and check my oxygen equipment. The technician was really nice, respectful, helpful, and thorough. He inspected the unit, replaced something that is supposed to be replaced annually, and had me clean the filter. I didn’t realize how dirty it was! He even confirmed my correct health insurance information. Tech was very personable! He didn’t mind my cat sniffing all over while checking him out, either. The tech said it must be because of his dog. Dealing with Adapthealth has been a really good experience overall.

A technician arrived in about an hour and solved the problem I was having with my concentrator. Even brought supplies I needed for the machine.

The Health Care provider was; on time, very well spoken, professional and answered all questions.
