I had an issue with my concentrater yesterday afternoon. Got in touch with Alisa and she got a driver ( Adam ) out right away to swap out my unit.

Georgette Cole kept me informed and changes of her arrival. I was concerned about her safety since it was raining pretty heavy , but made it at the she said she would.
