Hassan Hounane did a very good job with resetting my machine to get the date corrected. He also assisted with some settings that were locked and explained about how the controls worked and how to make changes on climate. Hassan also provided a new face mask because the one I have doesn't fit well. He showed in full pressure mask leak on my old vs new. I am looking forward to the new mask and changes. Very grateful to Hassan for providing the assistance he did.

The technician was very thorough and explained how to use and the way the machine works. She was very helpful helping me choose the best mask that suited my needs! She also recommended the myAIR app to give me a better description of how I sleep and how well the machine works for me!
