Alejandra is an exceptional presenter and teacher. I found her to be quite kind, caring, and professional. She helped make us all feel comfortable and shared her knowledge openly. In fact, her experience was shown in that she seemingly already knew what questioned her students might ask and incorporated that information in her presentation points. I would want her on my team any day. AdaptHealth has great customer service and really wants to make sure its customers get what they need. While there was a little confusion with processing my order, the issue was resolved quickly, in a kind and professional manner. Marvin did an excellent job of explaining how the equipment worked and for an older person like myself,he was very patient. Answered all my questions thoroughly ,and allowed me to set my machine where I would be mostly using it ,and did not leave until I was feeling secure in how to operate safely.
