He was polite, considerate, focused, highly skilled at his job, and completely professional. The company itself provided five-star service, but Jeremiah's service would have earned a sixth star if that were possible. Kenneth made everything seamless. He brought my equipment to the hospital and was even sitting and waiting for me to be brought down for discharge. He then walked to the truck and helped load the equipment. This company goes above and beyond. That was very helpful after having major surgery.
