Worst customer service I received a wheelchair through my blue cross blue shield insurance without headrest, contacted the guy shet burton many times, he never responded, tried to contact with their costomer service. Never resolve the problem its a worst company ever, i will never recommend to anyone

Upon my doctors suggestion I was excited to begin ordering my new Dexcom CGM sensors from Adapthealth llc. Adapthealth received my prescription from my doctor for the Dexcom sensors. I spoke with Shanika at Adapthealth llc to confirm my order of 9 sensors only (NO receiver). I made it clear that I intended to use my phone with the (Dexcom app) to receive my blood glucose readings. Shanike told me the copay necessary and took my credit card information for payment. She then told me that I will receive an email with tracking and that I was all set. After several days passed with no email , I logged into Adapthealth to check my order status and saw that my order was on hold and it needed my attention ( mind you I was not called or emailed about this ) I called and spoke with Shanika and she began to ask me what receiver I was going to be using ?? I requested that I speak with her supervisor and was put on a lengthy hold until reaching a "Michelles" voicemail. I left Supervisor Michelle a message requesting a call back. After several days passed with no call back , I called and Shanika answered. I explained to her how frustrated I was with my experience and asked her to give me the status of my order. She then HUNG UP on me. I tried calling back and she wouldn't answer the call. I have been ordering diabetes supplies for 40+ years and have never had to deal with such a POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE as I did with Adapthealth llc. NEVER AGAIN !

Horrible to deal with. Customer service is awful. They automatically charged. My account for a bill, never submitting to my insurance 1st. I do not recommend and really wish 0 stars was an option. Because 1 is to many.

On 01/06/2024, I paid my bill for the amount that was shown on line ($28.70). On 01/08/2024. I get a bill stating I owed ($43.70). I called billing provided them with acct #, invoice #, date of service and DOB. Explained to them that I just received this statement from them. They asked for my address, I told them it was the same one that they sent the statement to. They would not talk to me nor would them transfer me to a supervisor without me giving them my address (which they already had). I was told that this information was required by HIPA (which I have found to be false). I had given them all the information they needed to look into the billing question I had. Extremely poor customer service with regards to answering a basic question about a bill.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. I was treated to a fourteen minute call with the most passive aggressive representative named Ken. I requested to speak with a supervisor over twenty times and he REFUSED to transfer meHe spoke over me. And when he finally provoked my anger all his condescending responses turned to telling me I was yelling. I've NEVER had such a horrible experience. I was told he would have "Arlene C.", a supervisor call me the same day. NO call. Spare yourself and deal with another company if possible.

I get different information from each representative I speak with. Without medical supplies I ordered 12-15-2023. It's now 1-8-2024.

This company is very problematic. They can not be trusted. They called me asking to resupply sleep apnea supplies. I gave permission as long as all the costs were paid by insurance. They assured me the costs would be paid by insurance and I could return anything within 30 days. 30 days passed and then I started receiving bills for supply costs not covered by insurance. Adapthealth is a fraud. It has a long history of similar types of behavior that have resulted in legal action and fines. Never sign up for "Auto Pay". Always demand a paper bill. They do NOT automatically send out detailed invoices. You must call them to receive an invoice. They never tell you how much supplies cost . They will hound you with aggressive collectors. Do not ever use them.

Horrible customer service. Multiple missed deliveries of tanks,the latest one 12/21/2023. I called the morning of to confirm delivery and then again at 4:30 pm and was told both times I was to have delivery. Delivery was never made. On 12/22/2023 we were told by manager (Donna) that my husband could pick up tanks. He drove over a hour and gets there and was told he could not get tanks due to needing something from Dr.I am currently looking to switch companies. I've had nothing but problems since adapt health took over
