I am so frustrated with this company - office personnel are all great - Billing department is way below average. I have paid my lease and they still bill me. I have called and frankly not impressed with billing staff. Thought I got it straightened out and guess what ??? A new bill for rental of cpap after paying for 13 months and was told I was done with this. I frankly believe I have probably paid more than I should have as they have horrible billing department. Will call tomorrow again!!! And try to get this straightened out.

My new mask broke. It was the starter pack for AIRFIT P3Oi.I called Adapthealth (804-348-8887) for help. The first person transferred me to someone else. I had to repeat all of the info given to the first person who said I needed to call 888-864-5169. I called the new person, and repeated the same information. After repeating the same information, for the third time, I was told very rudely I needed to call 844-241-7153. He said that was the local number. I asked "How was I supposed to know that ws the number to call. He said do you want the number or not. I asked again how was I supposed to know that. He repeated do I want the number or not. The fourth person was great and helped me. Previously, I called for a month to get fitted for the new mask. I needed an appointment BUT I had to wait for them to call me-which didn't happen. Finally walked over to the scheduling department and had them call me. This was never a problem before they became Adapthealth. Rudeness and ignoring is what is the company has become.

Im a current patient. The cpap machine that was purchased from adapt health has malfunctioned and is not working. I have spent two days on the phone trying to get help. I have been on hold for hours and have left unanswered messages. But this company will call me at 8am every morning until I place an order! Still dont know when this much needed machine will be replaced!

AdaptHealth is one of the worst companies I have ever had to deal with. Horrible communication, cancelling orders without notification, only to find out when I called as they ignored several emails. Very poor execution from this company.

Absolutely the worst medical company I ever dealt with. I am a 74 year old military retired CPAT patient and left 7 messages and 3 emails and no one returns my phone call or answers my emails. They totally ignore you. Seems to me they are just looking to collect funds from Medicare. Offer absolutely no support. Vito

My daughters doctor put a request in January 5 for a wheelchair due to her having surgery and won't be able to walk. The order has been in processing status with no updates. I sent a message to customer service who informed me they don't service pediatrics. It took them 10 days to figure out they can't help. No phone call, email, nothing. Daughter had the surgery already and still no wheelchair.

Lousy communication that cost me a lot of time and aggravation. One hand doesn’t know what the other hand is doing and the customer is caught in the middle. They don’t care.

Your billing system is so messed up. I got tired of the phone calls 8:30 in the morning I got tired of being double billed and I’m changing companies there’s more than one of us that are tired of it.
