Steven went above and beyond. He brought it all in. Showed us how to set the oxygen up. We had a two tank rolling cart which we didn't need and he went in his truck and got us one that fits just one tank which was perfect. He was great

RT who worked with me on my CPAP supplies and worked to address billing around my machine was very helpful. I came in frustrated. Left happy. Thank you.

The technician who came to my residence on May 7 was very helpful. He replaced the big heavy oxygen unit and he explained to me how to turn on (and turn off) the oxygen tank. Also, he installed an adaptor so that while sleeping I have oxygen in addition to the ordinary air produced by my CPAP machine, which I got about a month ago from Adapt Health.

Adapt Health is a very customer oriented environment. The people you deal with are very concerned with your wellness. Thank you to the last Adapt health team member I had worked with Micheal Ladd .Micheal came to my home to help with fitting me with a new C-pap mask I thought I liked the first one but after wearing it a few times I found that i did not care for it so he came a second time and he never complained about bringing me more to try. he knew exactly what I would like at this visit and his selection was perfect for me. I was happy with the mask that he had brought for me. Thanks Micheal and all the Adapt health team.

We had a wonderful experience. Our respiratory therapist came in with a positive attitude did what needed to be done, while being gentle and understanding of my father’s abilities and needs. I highly recommend them if you are in need.
