Marquis communicated with me today May 13, 2024, and took the time to make arrangements with management at my aunt's apt building to pick up equipment...thank you Marquis! And, also to Richmond...on Friday, May 10th, he called to attempt pick up, but I wasn't able to be there. So thank you for trying Richmond!

The young lady who helped me at Fletcher did an excellent job. The person who processed my order did not. They did not send the headgear straps that hold the facemask onto my head, This is one of the most important parts as it gets dirty and the velcro quits holding. They also sent me the wrong filters again. This ongoing issue requires a trip to your office to pick up the correct and/or missing parts of my shipment. This is a very poor job.

Tyler is AMAZING. HE pays close attention to our needs! More than once he has offered helpful information to help keep my husband comfortable. We have been using oxygen therapy for over 20 years in 3 different states!! Tyler is the BEST!!!! Thank you

I called around midnight and the driver didn't come. But the person I spoke with was extremely apologetic and my equipment was delivered this morning. I understand things happen and AdaptHealth owned up to the mistake and followed through.

Marcie was incredibly helpful in making me understand how the CPAP machine not only works, but what it will do to improve many aspects of my health. She answered every question, no matter how trivial it might have seen. Having unsuccessfully tried to use a CPAP in the past, I'm enthusiastic to make it work this time around.
