I received two invoices and paid both invoices on one CC card payment. two weeks later I get the same invoice number with a different total. Wait a minute, I already paid invoice xxyyzz on 1/22 and now you come back at me with the same invoice two weeks later at a higher amount. Sorry I have a receipt stating XXyyzz was paid. Glad I stopped autopay which you can't do online. You can turn it on but not off online. Great system

Adapthealth bought out Healthy Living and replaced them with Solara's incompetent workforce. I'm sooo dissapointed as I had left Solara before and left after 15 bad experiencs 3yrs ago. As soon as Adapthealth bought them my Durable Medical Supply orders started being messed up every time. Extremely dissapointed. You can tell the ownership change by the constant mistakes.

Delivery technician was very professional and courteous The only complaint I have is that I have to be here to sign for it when that is not always convenient for me when I don’t know when the technician is going to arrive until this is resolved I will not be happy with your services.

Worst customer service to deal with. When reordering my CPAP supplies I have my items sitting in front of me and let them know what I am using and am told that item does not come in that size. Have had to return many items because they send out the wrong items. Now I am told I don't have a current prescription on file.

I feel pressured by Adapthealth. They tend to push their desire for me to pay with autopay. Cornerstone Midwest text me reminders about my bill with their phone number, I pay by Check. and sent by Mail. Family of companies; Adapt Health, Cornerstone Midwest LLC, Aerocare supply and Midwest Surgical Supply. Poor customer service and supplies are shipped incorrectly send items I don't need then billed for them.

To win from this company if you have insurance then let your insurance company call them while you on the phone. Adapt health is scamming folks and my insurance company caught them in several lies. They didn’t know I was recording their conversation talking to them by myself. They say that my insurance wouldn’t cover my supplies cause it’s considered non medical. Come to find out they never billed my insurance and had me with Cigna from strange reason which I never gave them. Had me paying out the pocket for a cpap and never told me that my insurance was denied. My insurance company caught them in their mess and told Adapt health that I was covered. I owe no more money and I will never deal with this company again and I want no more of their supples. I will find another provider and I advise everyone to do the same and run from this crooked place of business….

Customer service is no existent. Billing goes through a third party service located in the Philippines whose representatives have trouble understanding English and hang up on you when you ask for a supervisor. You can't talk to anyone at the company who will help you. All they care about is billing you and getting everything they can. I swear their re-supply department representatives are on commission since they try to sell you everything you don't need

Billing Dept. is the worst! They sent my wife 3 emails for the same invoice # with different amounts. Why not send one with the total amount. When you total all of them up it's over her $30 dollar copay. This isn't the first time we've had issues with them.
