Amanda, the technician, was very informative, helpful, and patient. She went over the pros and cons of the various masks, and explained in great detail how to operate and maintain my bipap machine. She went over the video presentation and answered all of my questions completely and fully. She also -- and this was a big plus -- talked me through loading the app on my phone.

My technician was on time for the appointment. He went over the options available to me for a face mask. He then took the time to fit me a mask. He listened to my concerns while fitting the mask. I believe we ended up with a mask that should be a good fit.
