Technician was very knowledgeable about the ResMed unit. Also helpful in showing how to start and use the unit.

The best part was Scott, the technician. I was treated to his service all three times. His easy, friendly, compassionate manner simply made his efficiency feel effortless. The equipment functioned perfectly, as I knew it would. Because of Scott. In a situation like this, Scott’s manner is so comforting. But he’s really so good at explaining and patiently making sure I understood what was going on. So. Much. Comfort. If Scott is representative of the company, then thumbs up!
