Daniel delivered my wheelchair and shower chair. He took the time to show me all the features of the wheelchair and how to use it. He also assisted me with taking the equipment all the way to my bedroom and bathroom area. On top of all that, he was kind and courteous. If I was rating just the delivery, it would be five stars. Adapt/Verio’s phone system is terrible. After selecting all the options to reach the customer care department that I need for my medical group, the phone line rings once and then goes dead. I was only able to reach a representative one time out of five calls. What a waste of time! Once I am able to reach someone, they are helpful. It is such a hassle to reach someone.

The technician brought the tanks we needed, and did our quarterly maintenance on both of our machines. We appreciate the service.

I met with Gloria to try a new mask. Gloria was helpful and courteous, and helped me with the fitting of my new mask. This is my second time to work with her and she was able to answer most of my questions, which I really appreciated. She was also patient as her computer system was up and down. The only part that would have been more helpful is if she could have given me the pro's and con's of the various masks that I have yet to try, which would have helped me make a more solid choice. This would have just been about going above and beyond for service.

The nurse that trained me on using the CPAP device was very articulate and an excellent instructor. But negatives were: 1) being called to schedule and appointment after one has been confirmed. 2) Appointment at a hotel and not being advised as such. 3) Support staff when calling to confirm appointment address not knowing Adapthealth using the hotel. Communications overall disappointing.

Shipment was delivered on the scheduled date in good shape but I wasnt aware of the time it was being delivered. The driver was very polite and professional. The only problem was is that I had to help carry the Geri Chair up stairs to my 2nd floor apartment. Although I am in decent shape for a 63 yr old woman,, that was a bit of a strain. 🙂

We ordered a wheelchair and it was delivered an hour later. Driver was friendly and prompt. The only issue was there was no manual on how to use it.

Great people in the office, but a ridiculous phone system that doesn't allow you to talk to the local office easily or at all, really. I gave up and drove over there (10 miles!). Some MBA must've thought that was a good idea. Penny wise, pound foolish.
