Delivery arrived a day late without notice and didn't send a replacement with the driver. On the other hand, our delivery man, Brian, was very polite, friendly and knowledgeable about the equipment we finally received.

I don't like that the automated system and also verbally speaking to customer service they don't know my DOB. When automated system ask and I put DOB format in the automated system doesn't recognize DOB & hangs up. They call automate systems to reorder suppliers, but when I miss the call & return the call it hangs up on me due to not knowing DOB. Therefore I talked to a human. I have gotten through automated system by putting DOB of Tesla & Elon Musk whomever & it works. Then they know me, but otherwise hangup. I'm either past nor present human mentioned, but using any methods to get responses. The human customer service rep could only say he understood. Still inadequate service because he didn't ask my DOB or to correct the insufficient data. Glad Tesla and Elon work getting through to order. The games people and companies play. It's very immature and unprofessional. I hope they can hire an asset ( human ) who can correct a simple task as a DOB. I gave a 3 ☆ because I have hope for a better understanding and for all clients with this company. I see many have many problems with this company. It makes them look basically bad. I do appreciate all good and I'm thankful for any support and supplies I receive. Please grow up and lofty laziness is not exceptional.

We had a problem with them locating paperwork from my doctor showing the bed was a medical necessity. The doctor had to send it twice. At that point, we decided to hand deliver the order only to be told it couldn’t be located after that. Then we get a call out of the blue telling us the new bed will be delivered.

Quan is an excellent driver, very friendly and helpful.

The Zeno Lite machines are crap the battery does too fast and the machines either alarms going off to CHECK VENTS, or The machine just totally SHUTTS OFF. WE DROVE FROM BANNING TO SAN JACINTO gone maybe 45 min an hour tops, battery was at 20% wen we got back and alarm told us to check vents! Hope it holds up today have to go to Redlands! Think I'd rather just buy my own machine!! I'll make payments

I am glad that my machine is working. I don’t like that I had to miss work because they couldn’t give me an an ETA.

pick up request was scheduled for monday didnt happen till tuesday. A call to postpone it would have been nice. The billing system is a mess, I get emails on Sat. and Sunday's , Some bills come from N or S Carolina, Gainesville Ga,, Los Angeles, Ca. and Fla.. Invoices come 2 or 3 days in a row with due dates spread thru the month. Add to this the lag time for Ins. EOB forms. It is not easy to keep straight, there is room for improvement, Thanks for listening and I'll be watching for changes.

The RT explained the new machine thoroughly and answered all questions. He was great! However, the ordering process was not so smooth. After several texts, emails and voice attempts the machine was finally given to me weeks after the process began.
