Alfred, the technician, is always friendly, knowledgeable and quick. However, you listed him as giving me the 2 empty "D" tanks on the 20th of May. That is incorrect. Kenneth Price was the technician and the delivery date was May 7th. Please correct your records accordingly.

Keith was great! He found out that the original order was done improperly. The original driver not only went to the wrong address but had an incorrect order. Keith straightened the order out, delivered what was needed, went over everything, left me the booklet for my new concentrator and gave me the number to reach him if I had questions. Keith was so pleasant and I am extremely grateful. Thank you Keith!
