I had a issue with ordering the wrong size nose pillows. I called and was able to stop by and get 3 small pillars, and going to take the med's back to exchange for small.. The c/s was very great with handling my problem...Thank you.

She did a very thorough explanation as to the new Updated CPAP machine to my husband and I and answered our questions as necessary. We were previous customers of Lincare and my husband and I discussed the better customer-focus of your business!
