Having to deal with one of their companies, Solara, has been a nightmare. Months of back and forth on the phone for critical medical supplies. Insurance AND my doctor have both expressed extreme frustration with them. Their level of incompetence is literally putting lives in danger and they do not seem to care at all.

Their billing department is one of the worst I have ever encountered .I bought a Resmed air mini from them and they always send the wrong invoice for it though I have send them 4 emails and have talked to the representatives at least six times to correct their mistake.They acknowledge that the invoice is wrong but have still not corrected it after almost a dozen reminders.

Christus..Trinity Mother Francis Hospital tried for 20 minutes to talk to someone and never answered phone. My insurance company tried for 25 minutes and finally had to hang up. I am in late stages of COPD and would appreciate any ideas of how to get help with my oxygen. Thank you Gary Stout. I need help. 903-539-7923

The person who helped me with my fitting was great. She is the ONLY thing that gets 5 stars. EVERY other part of the experience of dealing with this service gets NEGATAVE 10 starts. Its reliably awful. When I call I'm always on hold for long periods of time, even when I schedule the call back. When I do get someone they usually can't answer my questions. I never get my supplies in a timely manner. I get so many automated calls and emails that it's like being harassed. One example is that I ordered new supplied in November. They never came, the only communication to me was more spam telling me to place an order, almost daily. When I finally got through to someone in February, I was told that my Dr. hadn't responded about a new prescription. All I had to do was send a quick note to my Dr. and it was taken care of right away. If I had been notified of the problem, it would easily have been resolved quickly. Yet I still don't have my supplies, and its March. That's just one example. The service is terrible every single time I make any attempt.

This sorry poor excuse for a Company, l believe they are in a Garage somewhere. I have every email, phone call and Nothing. These l don't know what to call them???continue to send me wrong eat. My lungs are severely compromised due to this. Law Suit definitely. I have spoke with my insurance Management. Law suit is my only option to save my life.

This is the worse company I’ve ever dealt with. I have to have my machine to breathe other wise I would discontinue using them. I was with Verus Healthcare until approx June 2023. I had to get a new machine then I got calls from Adapt. Everything was ok til December 2023, I started receiving bills for rental, my insurance pays for this and always paid for it. I called Adapt told them send my insurance company the bills was told we did. However I got another in January 2024 saying I needed to pay my account up to date. Then I received a letter saying I had been turned over to collections for non payment. I kept trying to resolve this issue asking Adapt please send bills to my insurance company and as of today 3/7/24 my insurance company still does not have any of these bills. My insurance company has talked on 3 way calls trying to help me resolve this issue. Employee at Adapt questioned me if I really needed the bi-pap machine, they cause unnecessary stress over bills that would be paid if Adapt would just send bills to my insurance company. I’ve called numerous times trying to resolve this issue since December 2023 it’s been little over 3 months still not resolved. Now Adapt is adding late fees to the bill. They just need to bills to correct place. Sadly my machine is less than 1- year old I’ll have to deal with them for 5 years til it’s time for a new machine. I don’t understand Adapt/Verus Healthcare’s customer service. Please beware dealing with this company. It’s sad but true. They turned me over to collections for uncalled for reasons. I reached out to so many people there trying to resolve this issue I’m at a loss. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AT ALL. On going issue still unresolved

We initially ordered the hospital bed out of pocket, but understood from your own agent that it would be partially covered by Medicare if we submitted the appropriate forms. We did so, and even with numerous phone calls, this was NEVER resolved. I was told twice that a manager would call me, but they never did--very poor customer service. We found a different hospital bed, and were glad to part from this company.

If I could give a zero I would. First they were late on the delivery of my wheelchair. They overbilled me by $150.00 and it took 10 phone calls to get the refund. The first wheelchair was completely wrong and delivered to the wrong address. The corrected wheelchair took weeks to deliver to the correct address. I had paid outright for the wheelchair and I keep getting rental bills. I called numerous times and keep getting told a supervisor will look into it. Today they said it will take 45 days to look into. They are also billing me for a hospital bed rental without going through my insurance company -- if they went through my insurance company there would be zero copay as it is covered by my insurance. The bill first before making sure the client deserves a bill -- they overcharge and count on the client to not pay attention and overpay. They are taking advantage of senior citizens and commiiting insurance fraud.
