Drew is excellent. He is extremely friendly and accommodating. When we told him we had to make a doctor's appointment he reworked his schedule to make sure he got to us before we had to leave. He has always been courteous and informative. He is a great representative for your company.

Alex was attentive and understanding. He was genuinely interested in what we had to say. He made sure that we were satisfied with what we needed to do to operate the mattress topper properly. He also apologized to us for the lack of attention given to us when it was originally delivered.
