The great experience comes from the ability to talk to a live representative every time you call in. Secondly, the order is then dispatched to the driver; in our experience the driver calls within an hour or two & always polite & prompt. We've enjoyed doing business with this company just because we know that we are in good hands & the billing they do for you; you don't have to worry about that either. This company overall to us has live representative, great dispatching, timely delivery, & most if all everyone of them truly care & have compassionate hearts. Thank You
