Nathan was excellent and knew exactly what He was doing which I appreciated. He disassembled the hospital bed easily and removed both the Barton chair and the bed. The pickup of these items was quick and clean.

Shaq’s professional and friendly service was above and beyond. He walked us through all the functionality of the product and answered all questions we had.

The delivery driver was knowledgeable courteous and very informative!

I appreciate that customer service was a real live person who promptly set up a service call. Leo called before arriving and was very professional, checking to be sure the replacement machine worked correctly and reviewed how to use it and possible little glitches to check on ( canola tubing bending and cutting off supply). Very pleasant .
