I was able to order by automated system during off hours, which was great, but was unable to order accessories. Marquis is my delivery driver, he is very helpful and knowledgeable also very respectful.

Patty was great. Knowledgable, reassuring, patient and understanding. My appointment was at !:00 and I arrived early as I'm unable to drive after shoulder surgery. Apparently the shop closes for lunch and the door was locked. Unable to retrieve my ride and unable to be admitted to the building I needed to wait until they opened again. I was angry and frustrated (mostly with my situation) but I took it out on her and she was gracious and thankfully forgave me for my outburst.
