Jose was great! He kept us informed of his arrival time and arrived when he said he would. He had to make 3 trips to the apartment and each time he was friendly, professional and respectful. He is an asset to your organization! It was a breath of fresh air to end the transaction with him. I do not have the same confidence in the office staff. I hope they stop the auto debit as promised. The communication with the office was incorrect and there was a lack of care and concern for customer satisfaction. I do not have a name for the woman that I spoke with originally who told me the equipment was free but the woman I spoke with last week when I inquired about the $28.00 monthly charge was Pam. They could learn how to better provide customer service from Jose!

The technician was incredibly knowledgeable and knew how to explain the instructions in a very efficient manner. He was also very respectful, courteous and polite. Highly recommended.

I had to pick up my new CPAP and get instructions. Kristen is amazing. She took her time showing me everything. Answered all of my questions, and I do have many!!! As soon as I met her I felt relaxed. Kristin is a keeper!!!

Joe was fantastic. He gave us notice by phone, coming when he said he was going to arrive. Set the bed up well and show us all the features. What a nice guy so helpful.
