I ordered Ostomy bags in April.....it is now June 19..... just waited on hold for 45 minutes for them to tell me it will finally ship tomorrow. I had to call multiple times and even had to call Humana to get an authorization number for Adapt I wish I could use another company.....I may change my Medicare Advantage plan next year just so I don't have to continue to deal with Adapt.

They keep billing and I get nothing from them. They can't explain my bill and say it is all for the rental of my cpap machine. I could have purchased several cpap machines for what they charged/charging me. It seems like it always another month before I can get rid of them. Don't use them. If your doctor tell you to use them make her/him make him give you just a prescription instead.

I use CPCP equipment from the Company also known as AeroCare Home Medical. They sent me wrong CPAP equipment for Airsense 11. I have a Resmed 10. When I call the Billing department X2 no on can help me and they put me on hold. No one sent a return label, after many weeks I threw it out. All you get is a run around. The Billing Service is TERRIBLE

In my long life, I have never seen anyone behave as bad as this company driver. He is the worst I have ever seen. I ordered 7 tanks of oxygen. The driver got angry that I didn't answer the phone and gave me 2 oxygen tanks and asked for my signature. I asked for all 5 but he refused and only asked for my signature. In the end, I refused to sign and asked for my signature. I returned both oxygen cylinders. How can you make a patient, a customer, suffer this hard and heartbreakingly?

I have been unable to get a prescription for medical supplies filled. I have spent ages on the phone both with my provider and with various staff from AdaptHealth. I have spoken to AdaptHealth 6x and more than 10 staff but continue to be forwarded. The process to get essential medical equipment is onerous, time consuming, frustrating and thus far unsuccessful.

Company stole a wheelchair from my mother's room when they picked up the equipment. Then they tried to give a used battered wheelchair which we rejected. They have yet to refund us for the wheelchair or replace it with the same model.

Billing was inaccurate; they claim a computer glitch, but the process to correct the problem was changing.

Worst company I have ever dealt with! They sent me incorrect supplies then build me incorrectly. Previously I got a letter saying I was turned over to collections when I checked my bank records I had paid the bill two months prior. Called the collection company they told me I'd have to talk to adapt. Talk to them waited two days for them to call me and say yes it was paid and I was taken out of collections. Called collections to verify and they said it was true. Then a few days later I received a call from adapt saying that I still owed the bill. I told them I had paid it it was taken care of I talked to collections and it was not in collections. She said she would check she said I owed the bill. After much back and forth she agreed it had been paid and it was their mistake. Now I'm having issues with another bill. I need to find a different company to work with I can't trust them or their billing and it's hard to do business with a company when you can't trust what they're sending you or what they're saying. I would have given them zero Stars if possible so frustrating. The date of service I listed is approximate.
