Easy to deal with. Fast and courteous

Kevin was extremely professional and patient and he answered all of my questions. I felt like I knew what I was doing when I left the office with the new machine! Since receiving my machine Kevin has continued to support my efforts to be compliant. I have been very pleased.

I arrived early for my appointment but they were able to get me in early. CC explained how the machine goes together, asked a few questions to determine which face mask would work best for me, allowed my to try breathing through it and coached me a bit, answered all of my questions, showed me how it fits back into the handy carrying case, asked again about questions, and, as I was leaving, encouraged me to call immediately about any questions or concerns.

This was beyond a doubt the easiest time I’ve had for delivery. The young man had everything I needed, was very quick at setting things up, and was able to answer all my questions. Thank you very much Adapt Medical

Very helpful and professional

My experience at Adapthealth St. Paul location was a pleasant one. Right from the receptionist at the customer service desk to the Tech Associate that fitted and tested the equipment on me, everyone was very professional and provided answers all my concerns/questions.
