John has a great personality, cheerful, upbeat and very knowledgeable.

I was someone who didn't fully understand why I needed a CPAP and how it was affecting me. And also someone who didn't feel very comfortable having to wear one. But Jeff explained everything so it was easy to understand, helped me understand the how and why, and also gave a great demonstration and explanation of the machine. Leaving the office I felt more confident in being able to use the machine and also about wearing the CPAP. Jeff is the exact person you want to help people who are new to this process and machine.

I arrived and was immediately greeted and within 5 minutes i was in the interview room and out in 20 minutes. Very efficient!

Tarah did a great job and was very articulate in her explanation of the equipment.
