This is the worst company to deal with if you need DME SUPPLIES for Diabetes we ordered our supplies June 1, and it’s July 1 and we still don’t have our pump supplies from them and every time you call a customer service agent will tell you something different first it’s a billing issue then it’s a doctors chart note issue or the insurance company only let you have a supply of 30 days versus 90 days the constantly hold back orders and they don’t reach out. You have to reach out to them to find out where your supplies are if you don’t get them they’re very incompetent and not willing to go the extra mile to help you with a life or death situation .

I authorized Adapt to debit my account for charges related to an APAP machine (for sleep apnea). Recently, I was treated in the ER at Methodist Hospital for a knee injury, and brought a knee immobilzer last minute. I was never advised that this Adapt was "providing brace" nor did I ever give them authorization to debit my account other than for APAP equipment they were providing me. Beware, this is fraud, in my opinion.

They sent me a bill in Dec 2023 for services in December 2022. My company used one insurance company in 2022 and changed to a different one in 2023. They tried billing the services from 2022 to my new insurance company and it was denied because I didn’t have a policy at the time of service. They tried billing to my old insurance company but used the date of service of Jan, Frb and Mar 2023 so the old company will not pay because the policy was cancelled at that point. I quit using them because their billing system is a mess. I am not paying the is bill.

Hope you never have to deal with their customer service billing department. No one there speaks English and accents are difficult to understand. Never received a bill or invoice or anything for 9/2023 through 5/2024, I thought my insurance was taking care of it. Nope! They were trying to charge a credit card that had expired. Rather than send me a timely invoice or contact me about the expired card they continue to do nothing. So now they're considering whether to send the account to a collection agency or an attorney for collection. Really? I have excellent credit and I'm sure not gonna let this less than reputable company ruin that. Bought my own unit so going forward I'll owe them nothing. BEWARE!!

Do not order supplies from this company. They use deceitful and fraudulent ordering information insinuating that your supplies are covered by insurance, and then they send you invoices....You've been warned!!

Did not help my 87 year old mom. Looking for slow down breaks on her walker. They told me to go online. (Seriously)The brand they carry doesn’t have slow down breaks. Evolution does. Jackson Medical Equipment had great customer service and were very helpful. If this is what you need don’t waste your time.

This company is the worst.Their shipping department mails out the wrong items and bills you for it, gonna call the Better Business Bureau, never received a return label, So please be careful they have No Core Values, Spread the word , Especially to senior citzens!!

Customer service not helpful. They sent me a mask that didn’t fit the machine. Person kept insisting I was wrong. She couldn’t just simply match device number and mask number to realize it was incorrect. She wanted me to call another number to schedule an appoint which generally takes a month. She did everything short of call me stupid.
