Crystal from adapt Health came to my home to bring me a concentrator. She was just as the rest of the team very helpful very professional and very friendly . she took the time to explain everything to me and listen to my questions so I understood everything .every single member of this team has been the best people I could imagine dealing with. one thing that stands out above all is they all listen to you and take the time to make sure you understand everything they do not just rattle off quick instructions and run off and leave you they make you feel very confident about using their items and they give you a positive outlook for trying to get better they are just the best people that I've had contact with and every single member of their team is just like that .that says a lot for the company they make sure they hire the right people and you really couldn't say anything better about them. You won't find any better...

Today I spoke with Cacky Breland and her customer service was phenomenal. I’m in sales so when a person goes above and beyond I have to recognize their effort. Trying to order supplies for my second CPAP has not been easy. I have been told multiple times that my insurance wouldn’t cover the order so I would have to speak with their retail department. No problem because I’m willing to pay for additional supplies. But speaking with retail to order my supplies wasn’t easy. But today I spoke with Cacky. She didn’t immediately transfer me to retail where I typically get disconnected or press the wrong prompts and get transferred to the wrong department. Cacky listened to my concerns, emphasized with my frustration and made my problem her concern. Cacky wanted to help me immediately. She IM’d her manager who wasn’t readily available. So then she asked if she could call or email me back within the hour. Ten minutes later I received an email explaining that my supplies have been ordered. Honestly, if Cacky couldn’t help me today I would have called a competitor. But today Cacky created a customer for life!

Exceptional service from the moment I made the call to the receipt of the replacement a mere few hours later. Frankly, I can hardly believe it was all so smoothly simple. I had previous interaction with Michael and he is a gem. If only all people in the customer service area were as professional. Well done.

Robert was great! He explained everything very well and answered all my questions. He was very pleasant, polite & personable.

Toni at Fletcher Medical Supplied was very helpful and answered my many Cpap questions. We had a lively conversation. She is jewel.
