The delivery man, Nicholas, took the time to call and find the right address. My home is off the main street, so he didn't leave it at the wrong spot. I appreciated that.

The entire process, from the time Adapt Health received the hospital bed/commode referral, through to delivery everyone I spoke with over the phone, and the delivery person, Randy Fitch was amazing. A huge shout out to Randy, he was exceptional. My family was more than impressed with his care, skill and kindness. He is a true asset to Adapt Health.

Sean was very knowledgeable about cpap, and guided me to the machine and new headgear that he knew would work well for me.
