Zack is always tops. Always comes in with a friendly smile and way that brighten up my whole day. Even makes my health feel better in so many ways. He always answers my questions and makes sure I am taking care of. When I leave him a message he gets right back to me. I truly wished my Therapy and nurse's were the same way.

I had a bad experience with CPAP my first go around in 2021. Today, I am giving it another shot. Diane, your technician, spent a lot of time with me going through the machine, headgear, and explaining where I went wrong and how to make this a success. I feel 100x's more confident this time around!!

I was there on time for my appointment and was seen on time, there was no wait. I was greeted by a friendly smile and a positive additive. Everything about my new equipment was explained well and demonstrated well. Very friendly, clean and positive place.

Renato was excellent. I was receiving a replacement machine. He took time to go over it - also remind me of when to replace equipment. When he realized I didn’t have the app on my phone he set it up for me. Was very professional and friendly.

Breanne knows her products and was able to give us good, clear answers to questions. She also has an easy smile and is very friendly. I was having an issue with my mask and she made helpful suggestions after hearing what I was hoping to change. I’m pretty sure the mask I came home with will take care of my issues. If there is another issue I will happily go back to Adapt and hopefully Breanne.
