This is a horrible company. I receive my CPAP supplies from them. They called me today saying I had a past due bill of $77.60. My account is always paid on time. They always email me when a bill is due but I never received an email. When I looked online they had an invoice dated 3/4/24. Today is 8/22/24. The invoice attached to the bill was for $32.76. Billing rep could not explain. When I spoke to a supervisor, she admitted that the insurance company processed the March claim as of yesterday so the bill was actually NOT past due. She refused to apologize. Don;t use this company if you don't have to.

There systems are almost as bad as Comcast. After an extended chat I somehow was able to get on, I was assured of my account number and login information. Nope! I'm back to square one. I'll probably have to invest another hour with these ....

I made a mistake On the day and hours
I called on a Sunday. It was a human error! The answering service woman was rude and hung up on me. I did not receive the products I was eligible for! Customer service. Woman did not listen to me when I spoke to her 2 days prior! The reason I called them is because I needed a chin strap for my CPAP machine.. I did not receive that or anything else of any use..

RIPOFF IN BILLING
I have dealt with this company from the Franklin Tennessee office for years. They started out as a very good company, in my opinion. Recently, I ordered a few minor products and I continued to get bills on these things. I spoke with them on August 12, 2024 and was informed That I would still get another bill because of the way the insurance was broken down. I called the insurance company to find out what they had paid and for the few little items I got, the insurance company paid $160 and mine will wind up being 60 something. When I spoke with the girl on the 12th, she had stated a supervisor would call me back within 24 hours. Apparently a blatant lie. I will not deal with these people again. I think they are an overpriced rip off and an unscrupulous business. There are too many companies out there providing the supplies for me to allow my insurance company to be ripped off.

Be prepared to receive far to many…
Be prepared to receive far to many emails and phone calls to purchase something and billing is a mess and impossible to resolve over the phone

Terrible company that harrasses you…
Terrible company that harrasses you daily via text, phone, and email for supply reorders. No one knows what they are doing when it comes to billing issues. One reorder yielded four separate invoices and numerous charges beyond what I have ever paid for cpap supplies. Completely inept staff and zero resolutions to billing issues

AdaptHealth needs ethical and communicative training
AdaptHealth has been great to supply the medical equipment, but this company deserves a zero from us for being reachable, consistent, and truthful. We ordered a wheelchair for my mother. They brought! Great! My mom unbeknownst to me give AdaptHealth her checking information. First, the contract said she had to pay $4.76 a month. The contract does not say 12 months or any months. She had to call the company to get the length for the payments. The company took out June’s payment but not July; hence, the problem began. Different stories were told to my disabled living a fixed income mother. First, she was told that her monthly payments need to be changed. Ethically, no company should be able to change the payment after already giving a required payment at the beginning. Then, the next rep said they could not find her contract in the system. We went two times to the local business to talk to someone. The first time the lady gave us a number to call in billing as she shared the local office does not deal with billing. To the car, we go. We called billing. They said there is no ACH record, and that my mother needs to set up another payment option. Then, we went back a second time. We were given a manager to talk with to explain the issue. We were told then that they cannot bill until insurance pays. First in business, everyone needs to have the same story when communicating with the customer. This situation has caused unnecessary stress, travel, emails, and more just because people are not communicating. I know insurance is there to help aid us, but if you can pinch and save, buy your equipment outright because, in my opinion, life is too short to deal with all of the headaches that AdaptHealth has caused us!

Sensors
Received a phone call to set up mother's sensors to be delivered, I am the POA and I am the point of contact on her account. They are ready to ship out my Mom's sensors and need payment. I try to do that and they will not allow. My Mom is 82 years old, she will not answer a 1 - 800 number nor does she understand how this all works. Every supplier is the same, a bunch of crooks who takes people's money and doesn't send out in a timely manner. My mom has paid $800 out of pocket because of companies like you.
