Hi my name is Mathew Thomas, I have huge issue with my order because there’s another person with same name and birth date in your system so my order went to the other person so I called your number and spoke with few different people on the phone and they could not fix my issue but gods grace I got a person named Cacky Breland , she understood my problem and it took few days to resolve my issue’s I think she’s assets to your institution, she’s very professional,she’s very patient and knowledgeable about her job! I wanted to thank Cacky for her great service to her patients.

New CPAP. Picked up my new machine at the Adapt Health office, machine was hooked up and checked before I left. All questions were answered. No problems, great experience.
