All in all a good experience...once the driver, David, got here. I did have to call the dispatcher numerous times throughout the day, asking just for a rough time frame. I was told, each time, that the driver would reach out to me, only to be made to wait and have to call back again. I had someone waiting for the transport chair I was using in the interim. It was on the 4th call when I got results and David called me right back, it was now 4:10pm, and said he was on his way. So other than the tedious and anxious calling, the service was great...and David was a pleasure!😊
