The billing department is absolutely the worst. I have called and emailed approximately 10 separate times and have yet to receive one call back. They made a mistake on my billing contract and will not fix it. They continue to charge my credit card the wrong amount and they now owe me over $1000. The people in the office were fine when I did the order but no one is helping me on the back end to correct the mistake in their contract. Find another company if you can, this one is a colossal headache.

I have used this company for 3 years for my oxygen supplies. Until today I have been treated with respect and caring from all the staff I've encountered. I need oxygen due to long covid. I don't just sit at home waiting to die. I use a lot of tanks. My insurance will not pay for a portable oxygen concentrator. The lady on the phone made me feel like I was stupid. She told me they deliver to my address once a week, and me ordering that many tanks is me abusing the weekly delivery schedule. She made me feel like a child being reprimanded. What she didn't know was that I've been in the hospital the last 2 nights due to a high heart rate and covid complications. She made me feel so stupid that I just kept apologizing and saying yes ma'am until the end of the call. Until I got long covid I worked in customer service for years. I was not rude to her, my mother taught me manners. No one had ever told me that there was a limit on tanks. Because of this 1 person I will be changing my oxygen company as soon as my Dr can arrange it. I would have gladly listened to a tank limit or other rules, instead I feel inferior.

Worst medical supplier. Have been trying to get new cpap machine for 3 months. Our medicare insurer requires that we use them. No one speaks discernible English. Our physician’s office has faxed forms necessary over and over. This is so unacceptable. I called Aetna medicare regarding this. Also foreign speaker. Doesn’t anyone in America want to work anymore? Not prejudiced, just cannot understand them.

The worst medical supply company. I help my father manage his CPAP supplies and O2 tanks and there has not been a single time in the two years I have been personally dealing with them that they get it right. They will happily send you 100 of the wrong thing but never the part you actually need. There's always a different excuse as to why and no accountability. They keep buying up other suppliers, so good luck trying to avoid them. THE WORST!!!

Terrible customer service. I received a phone call that it was very important that I call Adept Health back. I called back and asked to be put on a call back list. I never heard from them. Therefore I called again and this time I waited on hold for 45 minutes on Monday and 66 minutes on Tuesday. Then I e-mailed them finally got a response back 30 minutes after I submitted the form. I also called the number in the e-mail waited 10 minutes and they hung up on me. I called back again and finally someone answered. Be prepared to be on the phone a long time waiting.

The most uncommunicative company I have ever dealt with! I loved pumpsit. It felt like you were valued and cared for. If you need any information regarding your order or future orders they would send it with no questions. With Solara? No chance. After TONS of communication somehow I have never gotten ahead of these bills which is strange for a diabetic;Id call and ask and it's always the same response you haven't hit your deductible. I got to a point where I quit using Dexcom because they said I owed almost $1,000. When I called to pay it they told me I did not owe anything and shipped my supplies, but I got a bill for $625 one from the most recent shipment and one from January. They submitted the claim to my insurance for the claim in January in MAY.
