It started off a little bad with the communication the company never called to let me know they were coming out today until the driver was 15 mins out however he worked with me and came back at my convenience being as though I was at work. Jermaine was very friendly and efficient in getting my mom's wheelchair and bed put together

Office reps were professional and courteous. It was a difficult time and they were understanding and patient. James set up everything quickly and made sure I was happy with the equipment
