I am always welcomed and treated as a loyal customer. The staff is friendly and very helpful. My last visit was for a Bipap machine. Julie was very helpful explaining the equipment. All of the staff is pleasant.

They sent a tech the same day. He was knowledgeable, professional and friendly!

Kassandra had thorough knowledge of the CPAP machine, provided amazing customer service, and answered all of my questions with clarity.

Steve was able to fix my Cpap machine free of charge! He was also polite, on time and quick to fix the problem.

The machine worked great, but since I didn’t have very much apnea, I went ahead and returned it, as it was becoming a little cumbersome to use every day.

Jeremiah was great, he knew exactly why the hospital beds remote wasn't working, user error of course. I was happy that he could come out the same day I called for help.
