The gentleman who assisted me today (I do not know his name) was extremely helpful. He explained absolutely everything. He even explained how to access the ADAPTHEALTH app on my phone. There was also a lady in the office who helped me, too. Thank you very much.

It took a while to get my appointment scheduled for my mask fitting (4 weeks), but i think that was my doctor’s fault. My technician Cheryl was very friendly, knowledgable and passionate about the CPAP device. She listened carefully to me and showed me how to use the device properly.
