Telephone communication was not so good. Person I spoke to was a bit annoyed at my request to come service the oxygen machine. It had not been done for 1-1/2 yrs. I would think the company would follow up on their own like other companies do. Matthew that came to service it was great. Very helpful in telling me this should be done every two to three months. Machine and tubes were black.

Poor office handling of orders we made contact 11pam est and our technician received order 4,:30 pm 30 minutes prior to closing without details, and then then our electric went out horrible day had and experienced by all , perhaps Mayhugh had a better day? June Bringman Shortall

Equipment delivered to the door. Thanks. Not so good...order was misplaced for a month. Several calls needed to determine how to get the order in process. Charges were made to my account without notification. I did not know I would have to pay $$hundreds for this test.

It is getting harder and harder to get replacement e-tanks. Our branch gets their tanks from another branch, who consistently shorts them on the amount of tanks they deliver. This makes it extremely difficult to remain mobile, as I must have oxygen full-time. I cannot go anywhere without oxygen, or I would end up in the hospital because my oxygen level drops too low. It is a shame that the nice people at our branch have to deal with the branch in another state to get our supplies.

Anissa (manager in the office) was so helpful! After two weeks of calling and trying to get equipment, she had everything handled within 5 mins and a delivery coming that afternoon. Anthony was the delivery guy and he was just amazing to work with and switched all equipment with ease and very knowledgeable!

I was the last delivery today. Fletcher's staff tell me they can't let me know if am or pm. Driver did not communicate my status to me til shortly before 6 pm delivery. Communication needs to improve!!
