Horrible company to deal with! I spent 54 minutes on a call being shuffled from dept to department to try and resolve a $10 bill! No one had the same story or reasoning for the issue. The problem was still not resolved and I still don’t have answers I dread the day I call this company for anything! Kaiser should give us more than 1 choice!!

Delivery was great, support afterwards was terrible. I had to threaten to return the unit before I was allowed to try a new mask. I told them that my mask was suffocating me, it was very difficult to get the staff to help me troubleshoot. The settings needed to be changed, but getting help with that was very difficult.

I work in case management and have referred this company many times. So, I didn't think anything of it when we placed an order for a bed for my 94 year old loved one. She was discharged from hospital yesterday evening. The bed was promised yesterday around 5:30pm, then 9pm, then 11:00pm. However, it didn't get delivered until today around noon. To make matters even worse, the bed is broken. Long hold times each time we called. Customer service is outsourced and were 100% worthless. My 94 year old loved one had to sleep on a mattress on the floor. It made it incredibly hard to provide care. I will definitely not be referring this company and if a client inquires, I'll gladly share our families personal experience. This is not how people should be treated.

By far the WORST most idiotic inefficient backwards company I've ever dealt with. Each service rep is another round about with non-listening what feels like brain dead individuals I've ever engaged with in my life. Maybe that's the cancer talking or the chemo (it's not). Literally RUN for the hills if anyone ever refers you to or directs you here! I can not stress that enough!!! RUN!!!

Adept Health My App duplicate charged me twice $519.77. Luckily I am getting my refund, allegedly. I don't believe it until I see it but I know AdeptHealth tried to rob me of another $519.77. Their MyApp is suspicious and there's no Americans on the phone but East Indian. Makes you wonder but I am disappointed still. Still waiting for the refund to return to ky credit card.

Didn’t need item Driver called he said it’s ok will return item to warehouse and I will get refund Not True! Had to jump through hoops with phone associate and they said they’d review it and I’d likely get refund in two to three weeks Just refund me the money for the item I never received

Terrible experience. It took a while to find the right fitting mask, and by the time I did I was ineligible to keep my CPAP. Terrible company, and the machines just don't seem to work great. I gasp more for air when I'm wearing it. And the customer service is TERRIBLE

Their billing is like a scam. I can buy a new device for $800 but they are billing me $2000. When I asked about it the answer was because your insurance allows us to. I call multiple time to speak to different people and could barely understand them (no offense). I asked for English speaking or a line to call in the US and was told that's not possible. They talk in circles when asked repeatedly about double billing and after 4 attempts I gave up. I was told I could not transfer my Cpap prescription to anyone else. I guess as long as I have the Cpap through them i will be scammed.
