Dealing with a person & not a computer! I wish I could buy just the defective tube instead of the whole mask.

My 7 yr old son broke his leg and I needed a wheelchair. I called around to many places with all of them promising to call me back, none did. I was on the phone with this company for 5 minutes and they said they had wheelchairs to rent, went in and 30 min later had one in hand. Great people!!!

I have rarely had such great customer service from caring individuals. Oxygen delivery, setup wass the best that it could be. Professional and friendly. They seem to be part of Royal HoseStar LLC but my experience has been the best.

The delivery technician Ryan Pryor, was very courteous and knowledgeable. He deserves 6*`s for his service and timing. I recommend him whole heartedly for his performance and anything administrative or of higher responsibility.
