I received cpap and supplies from this company. The local representative was fine however the processes to obtain assistance after the fact are impossible. I have a malfunctioning machine. I cannot reach the local office; every number goes to the same system which is exclusively focused on reordering and sales. I have made numerous calls and get into the system and NEVER get the needed assistance. I am looking for a company that actually cares about customer service.

I called to get a refund on the incorrect supplies Adapthealth sent me & they said I would have to pay for the incorrect supplies. So basically, they can send you any incorrect supply and the customer must pay for any error they make! What kind of company operates like this?!!

Can’t understand what these foreign agents are saying, incredible delays in voice transmission, and they put your urgent medical needs on the back burner while you try to deal with their many different departments. It was a nightmare and I’m now trying to find a new medical supply company.

I am so frustrated with this company!!! I just tried calling the company for the issue below. I waited on hold for ten minutes before a voice told me I had "under an additional" 20 minutes to wait! Another time I was told I had under a 3-minute wait at least six times over 13 minutes. I need oxygen. I just realized that when the equipment fails, which it often does - I am screwed. How can they even be in a business handling people needing critical equipment when they don't even answer their phones? The portable concentrator they supplied could not even last long enough to get me to a doctor's appointment and back. They switched it out - same result. Then they gave me a new battery that caused the machine to shut off midway to my doctor's appointment. I got it going and it kept shutting off. It was a very scary ride home. Obviously, they don't test the equipment before it is delivered. I can not reach the company. This is just one issue of many issues with them.

So where to start, my pulmonary Doc. had recommended this company to use for my new CPAC machine. Well the staff were great and helpful but from there it goes downhill. They forget to tell that you will be renting the equipment for about $100s a month even when the machine was paid for by my insurance so far it is going to be $1200 more out of pocket. So beware of this company and the things they do without telling you, if I had known this I would not have gone thru this company. So today I called the billing dept. and I am dealing with a woman by the name of Shell ( 3884655 ) from the Philippines who can not explain why there was or when the rental program ends. So I can not recommend using this company for any health care needs unless you like giving away your money.

Anthony dropped off my daughter’s walker today. He arrived in the room while I was on the phone and I asked if someone needed to sign, my daughter asked me if she could sign and I said probably not because you are still a minor, but I won’t be there for about 20 minutes. He walked right outside the door and said to a nurse,” mom said she couldn’t sign and that she wouldn’t be here for 30 minutes I’m not staying here” . Completely unprofessional and a rude. Especially since one that’s not what was stated and two in ear shot of my child.

Terrible company and lots of issues getting my Bpap supplies. It took a lot of phone continuous calls from myself and the doctors office just to get my pap supplies. Finally more than six months later I got some of the supplies, never again. I am switching companies.

Not only are their sales people calling them after I have repeatedly asked them to stop but I also am still getting monthly invoices from them after having paid off my CPAP in full. It’s also unbelievably sketchy that I receive emails, phone calls, texts and even my previous payments all have different LLPs associated with them. Who needs to have so many shell companies……
