She took her time and explained everything about my new machine, mask and the app. She even helped me to download the app. Victoria was thorough in explaining how to operate the machine and had me go through all the steps so that I was comfortable putting it together. Victoria explained how to clean the machines water chamber, hose , and filter. She explained what will void the warranty and made sure that I understood it.

Lenore was extremely knowledgeable about the CPAP machines and products and helped me pick out a different type of mask than the one I'd been wearing the past five plus years.
