Byron called about 20 minutes before he was about to arrive to let me know he was on his way. Very quick, easy, and professional.

The service rep who came to help was very nice, he was very polite, courteous and went out of his way to help me.

Holly did a very good job with scheduling and re-scheduling my appointment since it was time-sensitive. George was patient, kind and thorough. He did a very good job addressing my problems with the new mask, adjusting my machine and ordering a smaller head gear which will increase the wearing comfort, and will decrease the probability of a mask leak. Thanks!

Delivery guy is on top of his game. Great service.

DeAngelo Rhodes always keeps me informed about when he will deliver my O². He's polite and pleasant. I couldn't ask for more.

James always goes the extra mile. I really appreciate his service. T. Horsey

Good communication

Needed a replacement ResMed CPAP machine since my original unit screen stated * Attention Motor life exceeded, contact care provider * AND 5+ years old… Charles was very helpful and attentive, assisting me with the new features, offering tips. Thank you !!! 👌🏻
