i wish there was another place to get supplies and answers to problems with machine. can never get through on phone. have wasted over 6 hrs in the past 4 days trying to get through. even called main office and the manager could not get through. medbridge woodruff rd greenville sc

If you want to be treated poorly find out if you have to deal with this company. First they will talk to you like they are extorting funds from you. How is this? They explain bring money first then we will Explain why. Insurance companies use them because they are cheap, And it shows. Customer service people even sound miserable as they read the script, don’t bother asking questions, they should AI this part as I am sure it can be read better than the agent. Traveling Overseas got my order canceled, Thank you Ray Ward from AdaptHealth, even when I gave him a return date. Just disliked about everything this Company had to offer and I still did not get my Cpap machine! Service - SUCKS, Communication -SUCKS, Customer service - SUCKS, Employee attitudes - SUCKS. Good luck if you have to deal with them. Don’t ask the model number you’re getting, I never got brand name nor model number as you will probably find it cheaper on Cpap.com as they would not tell you. They will tell you that you have to pay your insurance portion and then they will add on 10 months of rental without explaining who receives the rental fee, my insurance company or them. They asked me for close to $900.00, comparing that to cpap.com that is paying retail price for many units NEVER got an answer to that “who gets the rental fee” question. The only reason that they could possibly be in business is that they are the cheapest that the insurance companies can find for this or maybe because the insurance companies allow them to charge the 10 month rental. Definitely does not have any customer satisfactions in their mission statement.

I have been trying to place a supply order for over 6 weeks. The departments do not communicate with each other and the general response I received was "I can't help you and I am going to transfer you to _____ department" I am on hold as I write this and still do not have an order confirmation. I am having to use old supplies until I get this corrected.

My complaint about Adapt Health in Olympia is in regards to their customer service. After leaving Puget Sound Health I tried to pick up the wheel chair and walker from Adapt Health and was met with nothing but rudeness and disrespect. The receptionist would not answer my questions in regards to the equipment. I asked what type of walker was ordered and was told that the order just says “walker” and she would not tell me more. I then asked if I could pick up the walker and see if it would work form us. Again I was told no because the wheelchair was coming from another vender so I was unable to look at it either. I was told that we missed our delivery date of the sixteenth of January. That was strange do to the fact she was not discharged until the seventeenth of January. I told the receptionist to have the chair delivered on the twenty third and again no cooperation. Instead they tried to deliver the chair when we were not there. We had a delivery scheduled for three o’clock on the seventeenth but the driver said that he knocked on the door but no one answered which is BS since we were there. I think the driver did not show up because it was late Friday afternoon and he or she had other plans, my guess. We therefore decided to cancel our orders for the wheelchair and walker from Adapt Health and let our doctor arrange a delivery with another company. Needless to say, I would not recommend using Adapt Health as a vender.

It has been three weeks and I still don’t have my Cpap machine. Iv gone in twice, called multiple times, been on hold for an hour. Do not do business with this company.

Was looking for a new DME after problems with my old one. My case manager from the insurance called them, they said they could provide the incontince product I have been using for years. I also check and they said yes. So I go through the process to get a prescription from doctor. When the get the prescription I call them back and that is when they tell me oh we don't provide that, but we will provide you this other product. I am sick of this bait and switch. I have an autism spectrum disorder and sensory issues and they will not take that into account

I've worked in Healthcare as a nurse for 20 years. Now I am a patient myself and I have never had such terrible service from a medical company. I was measured and ordered compression stockings 3 months ago and still have not received them. I have called over 10 times and still do not have them. Worst medical supply company. I have no choice to use them due to my insurance. This is so wrong. I had to call my insurance company and notify them and make a complaint so hopefully they can get these for me faster. My insurance covers them and I used different supply company last year and was measured and left same day with my stockings. So its not an insurance issue its a adapthealth issue.
