Terry Berry, sleep therapist, is a most excellent representative of your company ! He an excellent listener, very knowledgeable ,patient, friendly, helpful, and kind. He answered all of my questions and concerns. I am grateful that I now have a new C-pap machine and that Terry gave his all in going over all the details thoroughly.

Vince was a very knowledgeable and patient technician. He carefully explained how to set up and use my new machine, and patiently guided my repetition of the steps. He answered all the questions I asked, even my "What am I forgetting to ask?" question. He inspired confidence that I will be faithful and comfortable in using my new BiPAP device.

The individual who trained and assisted me was excellent. He was very knowledgeable about the equipment, professional and personable.

Michael is an absolute jewel for your company. He believes customer service comes first. All staff have been kind, respectful and professional. Of course, I pray I never need oxygen services, but if I do, I would choose Reliable Medical.
